Ancient legends of Ethiopians were recorded in Greek mythology, including the tale of Princess Andromeda, daughter of King Cepheus and Queen Cassiopeia. Her beauty provoked Poseidon's wrath, leading to her near sacrifice to a sea monster, but she was saved and wed by the hero Perseus. Their story is immortalized in constellations still visible in Ethiopian skies. Ready Set Go Books, part of the Open Hearts Big Dreams Project, aims to raise literacy rates in Ethiopia by providing books in local languages, enriched with vibrant illustrations and Ethiopian proverbs.
