Big Nate Lives It Up is the seventh book of the Big Nate novel series. Nate Wright, the protagonist, is assigned as the 'buddy' of a new student, Breckenridge Puffington III, a fact-oriented kid with little social experience. While initially not thrilled, Nate eventually forms a unique friendship with 'Breck,' and the two embark on a quest to find a time capsule.
