Oxford Reading Tree Robins are extension stories designed to give competent readers practice in tackling longer and more complex stories. These stories feature characters, storylines, and settings based on life at home, school, and the community. They can be used at Stages 6-10 of the Oxford Reading Tree and are matched to Book Bands for easy reference. The books are available in mixed or class packs, and each pack of six stories includes a Teaching Notes booklet. The booklet includes a Vocabulary Chart listing Year 1 high frequency words and context words, and a Curriculum Coverage Chart listing activities and outcomes for England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales.
