The Voodoo Plot

State Department officials in Washington have grave fears for Senor Juan Rivera, a valued operative in the Latin American state of San Pedro. The danger appears to be from practitioners of voodoo. A series of terror-stricken messages from Rivera end quite abruptly. Frank and Joe Hardy and their chum Chet are sent down to investigate. Posing as bird watchers, the teen agents quickly find themselves entangled in a plot.
