The Journey

The Journey

The Guardians of Ga'Hoole, 2017 by Boyd Slemmer

Description

I believe there is something within the pages of this book for everyone--the Christian and the atheist. Something that everyone can relate to or will like. God opened my spirit and helped me to remember my whole life. Some of that life in the flesh is written upon the pages of this book. The testimony is written, so you will understand who and what I became in the flesh, and that I walked a path to my own demise. Then, you'll see and read when all that changed. The content of this book is not about me, it's about us all and the changes in our lives. I tell people I am not a poet nor a storyteller. I am but a vessel for he who is, was, and shall always be. It's not about reaching millions of people, but the words herein reaching the one or ones the creator wants to touch with what is written. You see, this book is like a seed, and when planted in fertile soil, a harvest will come forth. If I had written all these words and put them in a dark closet, then how would I be obedient to my father who is in heaven? This is another way to look at it. What if the Bible had never been written? What if Jesus had not died upon the cross, where would we be now? I ask all who read this book to do so with an open mind and heart, so that you will truly see it's not about me, it's about us all.
